I recently watched a Larry King interview of Garth Brooks. Larry King noted that Garth talked mentioned God throughout the interview. Larry questioned Garth on his beliefs. Garth responded that one way he knows God exists is in the brilliance of Jesus' "new" commandment to love.
Garth explains his interpretation that when Jesus gave His new commandment, the message was simple and universal - a message that was beyond human origin. Garth explains that everyone can follow and enact the principle, whether rich or poor, black or white, young or old, handicapped or not, each of us can show love. No matter who we are or what we have, when we love God, we can show His love. When we show His love, others can know God and spread His love!
Show God's love so love can spread!
