There are certain times or situations that make us uncomfortable. We may see others that are lacking the power to speak or advocate for themselves. While we may want to help, we do not always know the steps we need to take. Even if we don't know exactly what to do, we can't allow excuses to keep us from speaking on behalf of, advocating for, and working to help others.
God gives us a voice that we can use to help others. We may know people that are in need within our church family or we may meet strangers that could use our help. Regardless of where they are or who they are, we are called to be agents of God's love. We can't sit silently and we need to do more than talk about problems or issues, we need to speak up and take action. We are to follow God and take action to help those that need it most!
Follow God, share His love, and speak up for those that need a voice!

Dear God-
Thank You for the power and presence you have in my life. Help me to share Your power and glory and to speak up for others. In Jesus' name I pray, amen.
