One of my teachers writes and posts reflections on life and offers words of encouragement and wisdom. He ends his posts with, "Carry on!" That simple sign off can serve as motivation or a reminder that we shouldn't give up. Throughout it all, we need to keep the faith and carry on!
We are given the same encouragement in God's Word. We are reminded that God is always with us, supporting us, strengthening us, and helping us to carry on. As we journey through life, we need to trust in that God will help us carry on, will keep us from getting weary, and when we can't carry on, we can trust that God will carry us!
Trust in God, carry on, and allow God to carry you through it all!

Dear God-
Thank You for strengthening me and carrying me through life. Help me to always rely on You. In Jesus' name I pray, amen.
