There are days that are good from beginning to end. The sun may shine and there may be nothing but smiles and joy throughout our day, but there are days that can be more challenging. We may have a "bad day" now and then, but maybe we should reconsider what those days are doing for us! I recently read a quote by fitness professional Sagi Kalev in which he referred a not so good day as a "character building day." Maybe we should take time to reflect and learn from each and every type of day!
God gives us each day. He also wants us to learn and grow each day. God knows what we need in order to learn and grow. Some days we may learn from challenges and obstacles. We may have to learn how to handle certain situations. We may need to learn how to rely more heavily on God's guidance, comfort, and wisdom. As we face each day, we shouldn't give up! We can talk to God and ask Him to build our character and our relationship with Him, no matter what we are facing! God can help us be better today than we have ever been...as long as we talk to, listen to, and follow Him!
Talk to God and allow Him to build your character each day!

Dear God-
Thank You for always being with me no matter what I am facing in my life. Please continue to guide me, teach me, and build my character for Your glory and honor. In Jesus' name I pray, amen.
