David Cottrell said that, "Doing the right thing isn't always easy - in fact, sometimes it's real hard - but just remember that doing the right thing is always the right thing." We have choices in our lives, some of which are easy and some of which are hard. Instead of looking at what is easy and what is hard, we need to look for what is right.
We can choose to do what is right, but it may not always be easy. When we choose to do what is right and just, God is pleased. Even if the right choice isn't easy, we can find strength in God. As we do what is good, we can spread God's love and glory. Our actions pursuing what is right and just can be an offering to God. As long as we choose right, our actions can please God!
Choose right, no matter how hard, and allow God to give you strength!
Prayer:
Dear God-
Thank You for giving me strength, even if the face of what is difficult. Help me to always know the truth, what is right, and to follow it for Your glory. Through Jesus I pray, amen.
