The presence of technology in our lives has increased dramatically in recent history. In many ways, many people have become dependent on cell phones and other technology. We may be tied to technology for different reasons, but we shouldn't allow it to become the focus or driving force in our lives!
Technology can be useful and can in some ways make our lives easier, but we shouldn't become dependent on it and lose sight of other things in life. We shouldn't feel empty or lost without a phone in our hand or pocket. Instead of being connected to or dependent on our phones and other technology, we should be dependent on God. Whenever we are not focused on Him, then we should feel empty or lost. Instead of trying to find our phones or checking for messages on them, we should be focused on finding God and listening to His messages and plans for our lives. If we become dependent on God, then we can have salvation, honor, and a guaranteed refuge from all of life's storms!
Become dependent on God and know Him as Savior and Refuge!
