When we awake each morning, we know we are alive. We breathe, we eat, and our bodies function. Even though we are alive, we sometimes live as if we are dead. We seem to forget the new life granted to us by God and we revert to our old lives!
Living in sin separates us from God and keeps us from eternal life. Sin leads to death, but there is good news! We do not have to live as if we are dead! God sent His Son, Jesus Christ, to offer us salvation through His death and resurrection. We are not made alive because of our own accomplishments, but because of God's grace, mercy, and love. We can accept Him and be made alive! Once we have been saved by God's grace, we need to live a new life that shows we are alive in Him!
God saves you by grace, now go out and be alive in Him!

Thank You for saving me and giving me life. Help me to live so others can see that I am alive because of You! Through Jesus, my Savior, I pray, amen.
