There are times in our life when we may be tempted to keep score. We look for winners and ways to win in different situations in life. There may be times when we need to identify winners and losers. The Good News of Easter is that when it comes to eternity, God has a plan and the power that allows every one of us the ability to choose to be a winner!
As we celebrate the resurrection of Jesus on Easter, we can remember that it is not through our own efforts that we are saved or redeemed. Our forgiveness and victory over death can only happen because of the events of the first Easter. The first Easter could only result from the power of God, His grace and mercy, and His love for each and every one of us. As we move forward from this day of celebration, we need to continue to celebrate and thank God for the eternal victory that He has given us!
Live in the victory that God has given you through the death and resurrection of His Son!

Dear God-
Thank You for saving me through the sacrifice and resurrection of Your Son. Help me to live each day in Your eternal victory. Through Jesus, my risen Savior, I pray, amen.
