My daughter likes to play hide and go seek. It's a fun game, but in the end the person hiding always gets found. In our lives, we can try to hide from our problems. We can try to run away from our faults and sinful nature, but we cannot hide. The best we can do is admit or confront our sins head on and allow God to take care of us!
God has prepared a pathway to salvation. When we acknowledge that we are sinful, then we are prepared to take the steps to be redeemed. We can ask for forgiveness and have faith that God will redeem and restore us. Once we stop trying to hide from our sins, we can confess them to God. We can experience the grace, mercy, and power of our loving Heavenly Father!
Confess your sin and be redeemed by God through His Son!

Dear God-
Thank You for loving me and providing a path for me to be saved and redeemed. Help me to always confess my sin and to trust in Your restorative power. Through Jesus I pray, amen.
