I recently saw a quote that said the truth is one thing that can't be hidden. Sometimes we think we can hide what we are thinking with a nice smile or pleasant words. Often the only ones we fool with the smiles and words are ourselves!
Even if we think we are doing or saying the right things, the intentions of our hearts are soon revealed. Our body language and the tone of our words can say more than the words themselves. What is in our hearts soon bubbles to the surface for all to see!
To speak love, we need to have hearts filled with love. Love comes from one source: our loving God. He is the source of love, giving us love so that we can share it by loving each other. When we feel evil start to creep into our hearts, we need to talk to God and fill up our hearts with love!
Fill up your heart with God's love so your words will be filled with love and goodness!

Dear God-
Thank You for loving me. Thank You for sharing Your love and working in my life. Help me to share the love that You have given me in all of my words and actions. In Jesus' name I pray, amen.
