I have recently embarked on a journey to get physically stronger. It takes commitment and direction to build strength. It also requires attention to safety and a willingness to push yourself. Guidance from someone knowledgeable about the body and exercise can really make a difference. The same is true when we are looking to grow spiritually stronger!
There is no one stronger, more powerful, or mightier than God! God can give us strength - both physical and spiritual. God can be the guide or "expert" that provides us with the knowledge and resources to help us grow. By reading the Bible, talking to God through prayer, and talking with other believers, we can become spiritually stronger. As our faith in God is strengthened, we can be more confident as we approach the mission He has set before us in the world around us!
Gain spiritual strength through the Lord and His might!
Prayer:
Dear God-
Thank You for allowing me to grow both physically and spiritually. Help me to always follow the plan that You have for my life and help me to rely on Your might. In Jesus' name I pray, amen.
