Today was one of those days when getting ready in the morning seemed to take twice as long as it normally does. Nothing out of the ordinary happened, it just took longer to get things together and get out the door. Fortunately, I had prepared my lunch and backpack the previous night!
We will face times in our lives when things may not go as we expect. The best way to make it through these times is to be prepared. God provides us with opportunities or ways to be prepared. One way to get ready is to study and learn God's Word. When we know the lessons He has provided, we can be prepared for even those unexpected moments!
Study God's Word to learn and get ready for what you will face in your life!

Dear God-
Thank You for providing resources and opportunities for me to learn. Help me to keep You Word and lessons in my heart so I can be ready for what I will face in life. In Jesus' name I pray, amen.
