There is a quote that says, "Purpose is the reason for the journey. Passion is the fire that lights the way." Whenever I begin a project, I like to know that there is a purpose. Without a reason, the work that I am doing does not seem valuable. Fortunately, when we work for God, there is always a purpose!
No matter what task we are engaged in, we should work to complete that task for God. When our focus is on doing our best to fulfill our role in God's plan, we can be reassured that God will give our work purpose and meaning. Since our work has purpose, God can also ignite a passion in us that will light not only our way, but also the way for others. By following God, we can have purpose and passion that will positively impact the world around us!
