We learn that there are certain requirements for life on earth, there are certain things that we need to live. We often categorize these needs as food, water, and shelter. These things may keep us physically alive, but we need more to be spiritually alive. We need to hunger and thirst for the presence of God in our lives!
God wants to be part of our lives. He is pleased when we realize that we need His forgiveness and support in our lives. He can help us if we choose to seek Him. God is always ready and waiting for each of us to come to Him. It is up to us to make the choice to say, "I need You and seek You, God!" Once we recognize our need and call on God, then we can be assured that He will be our water in a dry land, He will be our comfort, support, and strength in whatever we face!
Call out to God, "I need You," then allow Him to be present in your life!

Dear God-
Thank You for loving me and for always being present in my life. Help me to continue to seek You and Your will in all that I do. Through Jesus I pray, amen.
