One characteristic that I know I need to work on is being patient. I know that patience is a virtue and that it can help navigate many difficult situations. Yet, there are times when I want to push things forward quicker than those around me. I know I need to find the right time and right ways to act, all of which takes patience!
When we are patient, we can take time to learn and understand. Part of understanding is turning to God and waiting on His timing. Even if we are looking for immediate results, we need to be aware that things do not always happen on our schedule. The wise choice is to talk to and trust in God, to learn patience, and to wait on God's timing and direction in our lives!
Learn to be patient and to wait on God's perfect timing!

Dear God-
Thank You for being patient with me. Help me to continue to learn and practice patience as I wait for Your perfect timing. Through Jesus I pray, amen.
