We fill our days with pursuits. We chase meaning in our lives, love, and happiness. We try to find what we are looking for in our jobs, with money, and other ways. How do we find those things that we are look for to make our lives complete?
Proverbs reminds us that to find life, prosperity, and honor, we must pursue righteousness and love. Righteousness and love can only be found in one place: God. God is the beginning and source of all love and everything true and righteous. If we are looking for life, prosperity, and honor, then we must begin by pursuing God and His everlasting goodness. We should make seeking God a lifelong pursuit!

Thank You for being the steady, never-ending source of righteousness and love. Allow me to learn from You, Your Word, and Your Son, so that I can experience and spread the Good News of life, prosperity, and honor through You. In Jesus' name I pray, amen.
