There are lots of things that weigh us down and it can be easy to focus on these things. The more we focus on the "bad", the less we see all of the good that God provides. We can be happier and more productive if we stop and reflect on all of the good that surrounds us!
God is good. He provides for us and loves us. Whenever we feel "down", we can look to God and all that He gives us. We can look for what is right, true, and noble. We can know that God is alive and working in our lives. We don't have to focus on the bad, we can focus on the goodness and righteousness of God!
Don't focus on the bad, look at the good from God!

Dear God-
Thank You for always being good and for providing for me in my life. Help me to always remember and focus on what is good! In Jesus' name I pray, amen.
