My daughter loves looking in mirrors. She can't walk by one without stopping to look at herself or make a funny face. She has learned that a mirror only reflects what is on the outside. Mirrors can remind us to reflect
Mirrors give us a chance to examine our physical selves, but we need to reflect and examine our spiritual selves, too. We need to be sure that we are following God's will and producing fruit for Him. We need to test ourselves to be sure that we have faith and are growing in our faith. Reflecting on our relationship with God can help us see our weaknesses. Talking to God can help us see how to strengthen those weaknesses in order to pass any test!
Remember that you need to examine your spiritual self so you can pass any test!

Thank You for all that You do for me. As I reflect on my relationship with You, help me to listen to You and grow in You. Through Jesus I pray, amen.
