There's no denying that there is trouble all around us. We may experience different types of trouble, but sometimes we can bring trouble on ourselves. When we try to do too much on our own, we are not putting our belief and faith in God!
Jesus reminds us to believe in God and to believe in Him. When we believe in God and Jesus, we have faith in Their promises to us. When we feel troubled and upset, we can turn to God and Jesus. Once we turn our troubled hearts over to God, our belief in His power and love can comfort us and calm our troubled hearts.
Don't be troubled, believe in God and Jesus and allow them to calm your heart!

Dear God-
Thank You for reminding me to trust and have faith in You. Please calm my troubled heart and guide me in Your will. Through Jesus I pray, amen.
