Strong leadership has the potential to unite a group and inspire that group to achieve more. I have seen both sides of leadership in my years of working and volunteering. Some individuals have the God-given ability to move an organization forward with ease, while others struggle maintain the status quo and prevent deterioration of the organization. Those that can unify a school, organization, church, or other group are often those that have a vision and passion rooted in their hearts.
As Christians we are called to have a passion for Jesus Christ and God in our hearts. We are also called to be united. God can give us the one true peace of Jesus Christ, but we have to accept and embrace it. We should then act as one body filled with love and peace. With Jesus Christ as our leader, filling and inspiring us, we know that we can move forward to accomplish great things for God's Kingdom. We can give thanks to Jesus for His leadership, peace, love, and power!
Accept the peace of Jesus Christ and act as one body to work for God's Kingdom!

Dear God-
Thank You for all of the leadership lessons You have shown me. Help me to know and share Your peace and love using the lessons that You have shown me. Through Jesus I pray, amen.
