"When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and through the rivers, they will not overflow you. When you walk through the fire, you will not be scorched, nor will the flame burn you." -Isaiah 43:2 (NASB)
Wading through deep water can be difficult. Trying to balance, run, or just walk through moving water is challenging, just like moving through certain times in our lives. Living through difficult times can make it challenging just to stand, balance, and keep moving forward. Through everything, even the difficult times, God promises to be with us!
In our lives we experience trials and troubles. We experience frustrations that challenge us. Our experiences may be like rushing water that threatens to knock us down or rising water may cover us and make it difficult to breathe. Other experiences may be like fire that burns us, possibly even scarring us. God promised Israel that He would be there for them and with them. We can experience God's faithfulness, too! When we trust and believe in God, we can be reassured that He will be with us. No matter what we are facing, the rushing waters, rising rivers, or burning fires of our lives, God will protect us and use these experiences for good!
When passing through waters, rivers, and fire, believe in God and trust Him to protect you!

Dear God-
Thank You for always being with me and seeing me through each experience that I face. Help me to always trust and rely on You to protect me and to help me to prosper. In Jesus' name I pray, amen.
