When taking a drive to an unknown destination we sometimes use GPS. During a recent drive, the GPS was set to avoid highways. Without me knowing this, I programmed the address and set out for the destination. As we passed the opportunity to get on the highway, I realized that our route was going to be a little more convoluted. When seeking God, what route do we take?
When seeking God as our destination, we may make choices that take us on a convoluted route to reaching Him. God is always present and waiting for us because He is a loving God that wants us to choose a relationship with Him. We shouldn't just casually look for God, we should look for a direct route to Him. We should follow His Word, follow His guidance, and seek Him with our entire beings! As we seek God we can learn His promises, experience His love, and become closer to Him. When we earnestly seek God, we will find Him and He will bless our lives!
Seek God with your whole being and trust in His blessings!
