After a mild winter without much snow, the arrival of back to back days of snow in April has come as a surprise to many. The daffodils were pushing out buds and the apple trees had leaves emerging, but all of these were covered in a white blanket of snow. While the snow may have come as a surprise, it can also serve as a reminder!
Jesus came to save us all from our sin. Our sin cannot be overcome on our own. We are stained by it, but we do not have to remain unclean. Jesus' death on the cross and resurrection allow each and every one of us to be redeemed and cleansed from our sin. It is no surprise that God loves us and wants to restore us, He tells the story in the Bible! After we have been cleansed, we will be made as white as the freshly fallen snow.
Accept Jesus and be cleansed so that you are as white as snow!

Dear God-
Thank You for the gift of Your Son. Please forgive my sin and restore me. Allow my life to be an example of Your power to others. In Jesus' name I pray, amen.
