Whether studying education or looking at society, we can find circumstances that can limit the voices of different people or groups of people. While it may be easy to continue on our way without paying attention to these circumstances, we have a higher calling. We can work for God by being a voice for those whose voice cannot be heard by the world!
As followers of God, we are to be filled with His love and therefore equipped to show and share His love with others. In order to be a voice for those that cannot be a voice for themselves, we need to stop and listen. We need to listen to God and listen to those around us. We can rely on God to give us the strength, understanding, and words that will allow us to be a voice for all. After listening and talking to God, we can then proceed to speak up for the rights of everyone!
Listen to God and others around you, then you can be prepared to speak up for everyone!
Prayer:
Dear God-
Thank You for Your love. Help me to listen and be prepared to speak up for those that do not have a voice. In Jesus' name I pray, amen.
