I recently saw an anonymous quote that read, "Some people sit around and talk about what they are going to do while other people do it." It can be easy to get caught up in talking about what is wrong, what needs changed, and ideas about how to make things better, but making a difference requires action. When we look at the world around us, we need to realize that we can't just sit and talk. We are called to be people of action!
God has equipped each of us with tools and talents. With our talents, we have the opportunity to contribute to the world around us and to make that world a better place. As part of God's Kingdom, we cannot just sit and talk about the problems and struggles we see in the world. We should work together, combining our talents in a way that makes all of us more effective. Before we set out into the world, we also need to communicate with God through prayer so we can focus on His will and His plan for our lives and for the world. When we act together with God and with each other, we can be guaranteed that our actions will make a difference!
Don't just sit and talk. Join together with God and other believers so you can take action and make a difference!

Dear God-
Thank You for all that You do in my life. Help me to not just talk, but to follow You into action to spread Your Kingdom on Earth! In Jesus' name I pray, amen.
