He who observes the day, observes it for the Lord, and he who eats, does so for the Lord, for he gives thanks to God; and he who eats not, for the Lord he does not eat, and gives thanks to God." -Romans 14:5-6 (NASB)
Each day we face many choices. Some choices appear to be important and need immediate attention. Other choices may seem small or become part of a daily routine. No matter how we see the day or the tasks to complete in the day, we should always remember God.
When we go through our day, all of our choices have consequences, whether big or small. God wants to be a part of all of our decisions. Once we realize that God wants to be part of our lives, we see that we are not living for ourselves, but for Him! In all we do, we should do it for the Lord! Today and every other day matters to God, so we should live each of them for Him!
Make today matter by committing yourself and your day to God!

Thank You for giving me another day. Help me to honor You in all I say and do. In Jesus' name I pray, amen.
