There are some days when it is hard to get up and going. I recently experienced this as I was recovering from a cold and returning to my normal exercise routine after a couple of days off for rest. Even though I wasn't back to 100%, I knew it was time to get back to moving again. I physically felt ready to move. When we consider moving, we also need to consider how we are spiritually ready to move!
We can learn from God through His Word and through prayer with Him. We know that God loves us and we know what He expects from us. We are to follow His commands and His will for our lives. When we are sitting around looking for inspiration or when we are running to accomplish our list of errands, we need to stop and prepare ourselves to follow God. We shouldn't sit around or rush around without considering if we are ready to get moving for God!
Get ready to move for God by listening to Him and obeying His commands and will for your life!

Dear God-
Thank You for guiding my life. Help me to always be ready to move for You and to follow Your will for my life. In Jesus' name I pray, amen.
